Harold "Hal" L. Carmean II

Harold "Hal" L. Carmean II is the President and owner of Creative Wealth Management, LLC. He specializes in helping individuals and business owners avoid common financial mistakes while creating a financial model for near and long-term success. Hal has over 23 years of experience in holistic financial services, and he is also a Certified Kingdom Advisor. Hal is a frequent guest lecturer at the Salisbury University Perdue School of Business where he is active in providing internships for college students looking to gain experience. Hal also is insurance licensed and specializes in life insurance, long-term care, and estate planning.

Hal grew up on the Eastern Shore where he lives today. He regularly mentors students and adults in various capacities such as coaching, hiking in the mountains, and leadership events. Hal's wife Mandi is the Director of Technology for Worcester Preparatory School and enjoys her experiences helping children grow to their full potential. Hal and family take an active role in their local church through missionary work both domestically and internationally, and they are very involved in local and regional philanthropic activity. He also serves as trustee on the board of the Sussex County Land Trust, a nonprofit conservation organization dedicated to protecting natural, cultural, agriculture, and recreational resources through land preservation, stewardship, and education for today and tomorrow. They have a young son, Landon, and a daughter, Adalee Elizabeth, who are their pride and joy. Both Hal and Mandi are avid sports fans and often spend their free time engaged in multiple outdoor activities.
